Our Philosophy
An Efficient Way of Healing
Your body has the ability to heal itself
with a little help and the right ingredients.
Our goal with every patient is to enhance their quality of life in every way; physically, mentally and emotionally. This is done by working with the vital force of the body to generate a state of accelerated healing and optimal health.
You may come to our practice with a knee issue. However, since the body is a whole and interconnected vessel, the way we practice is to assess the body in its entirety. In doing so, our philosophy comes to life as we uncover the root problem of your ailment and continue to peel away at the layers causing imbalance to the body.
Similar to peeling away the layers of an onion, the process is one that benefits the body immensely and most importantly, works to uncover the main cause of a problem. One may think that this process is a long road to achieve a result, but it is a surprisingly short and extremely effective path to correct issues with the body and to prevent them from returning.
Dr. Haque works with multiple modalities at once to help your body reach its most optimal and balanced state in the shortest amount of time. He uses muscle testing and principles of Applied Kinesiology to aid in determining various adjustments, nutrition, supplements and homeopathic remedies that your body may need. All of these modalities are an alternate way to address various maladies and are less invasive to the body.
Any age group, from children to seniors, can and have benefitted from naturopathic care.
As a practitioner, Dr. Haque adheres to the guiding
Principles of Naturopathic medicine:
The Healing Power of Nature
Naturopathic medicine recognizes an inherent self-healing process in people that is ordered and intelligent. Naturopathic physicians act to identify and remove obstacles to healing and recovery, and to facilitate and augment this inherent self-healing process.
Identify and Treat the Causes
The naturopathic physician seeks to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness rather than to merely eliminate or suppress symptoms.
First Do No Harm
Naturopathic physicians follow three guidelines to avoid harming the patient:
Utilize methods and medicinal substances which minimize the risk of harmful side effects, using the least force necessary to treat;
Avoid when possible the harmful suppression of symptoms; and
Acknowledge, respect, and work with individuals’ self-healing process.
Doctor as Teacher
Naturopathic physicians educate their patients and encourage self-responsibility for health. They also recognize and employ the therapeutic potential of the doctor-patient relationship.
Treat the Whole Person
Naturopathic physicians treat each patient by taking into account individual physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, and other factors. Since total health also includes spiritual health, naturopathic physicians encourage individuals to pursue their personal spiritual development.
Prevention
Naturopathic physicians emphasize the prevention of disease by assessing risk factors, heredity and susceptibility to disease, and by making appropriate interventions in partnership with their patients to prevent illness.

A little more about AK
“Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system that evaluates structural, chemical and mental aspects of health using manual muscle testing combined with other standard methods of diagnosis.
The triad of health lists the three basic causes of health problems. They are structural, chemical, and mental, with structure as the base of the triad. Literally, all health problems, whether functional or pathological, are involved with one part or all parts of the triad.”
